Can I leave items in my shopping cart and access them later?
Absolutely! It is best practice to save your cart and name it to
ensure your cart contents can be retrieved. However, your shopping
cart information is placed in a “cookie,” a file that
stores information on your computer so that when you return to a
site, that information can be retrieved. Items will remain in your
shopping cart as long as the “cookies” feature for your
computer system is activated. This is not as dependable as
"saving" your cart.
When
I change the quantity number in my shopping cart, nothing happens.
After making any changes, be sure to click on the Save Changes button.
To delete an item from your cart, simply click the trash icon.
My
church is tax exempt; how can I be sure I’m not charged tax?
If Group has your tax exemption number on file, you are registered
as a tax exempt customer. Group’s online store will automatically
recognize you as a tax exempt customer and remove the tax in your
shopping cart totals when you register with our online store using
your customer number. If you’d like your tax exempt number
on file with your Group customer account, please call 1-800-447-1070
for more information.
You
don't have the book I want. How can I be notified when it becomes
available?
Register your email address with youthministry.com,
childrensministry.com,
or onlinerev.com!
You’ll receive updates of new releases and previews of new
Group resources. You can also preorder any item by calling 1-800-447-1070.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or check
by mail. You can also bill your church or organization if you have
a current account with Group. Call 1-800-447-1070 for more information.
What
are my shipping options?
Use the shipping rates listed in this chart.
When you’re ready to checkout in the online store, you will
have the opportunity to select a shipping option totals will be
adjusted accordingly.
Is
my information secure?
Absolutely. Group Publishing employs the latest in internet security
and electronic commerce security. For more information, please read
“Why is Online Ordering Safe
and Secure?”
What
is your return policy?
You can return any item from Group provided that item is still in
sellable condition. No advance authorization is needed-just mail
the item(s) back to Group and we’ll credit your account. Refunds
are available upon request to accounts with credit balances. If
you can, please return your packing slip or invoice along with your
shipment. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs
incurred to return the product to Group. Customers are responsible
for the product until the package is signed for by Group. Please
note that downloadable electronic products and special sale items
are non-returnable: all sales for these items are final.

do I find the ISBN/UPC?
You can find the ISBN/UPC in any of our online catalogs or print
catalogs or by searching for the resource in our online
search engine. If you’ve purchased a product, generally,
the UPC/ISBN is on the back cover of your resource.
